Welcome to ProxyAxe. By accessing or using our proxy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a proxy package, or using any ProxyAxe service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.

2. Service Description

ProxyAxe provides residential, mobile, and datacenter proxy services. Our services include:

• Residential proxy access with geo-targeting capabilities
• Mobile proxy access with carrier-level IP addresses
• Datacenter proxy access with high-speed connections
• Bandwidth management and proxy rotation tools

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior written consent.
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Hacking & Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, servers, or accounts.
• Phishing & Social Engineering: Creating fake websites, emails, or messages designed to steal personal information, credentials, or financial data.
• Malware Distribution: Spreading viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software.
• DDoS Attacks: Conducting or facilitating Distributed Denial of Service attacks or any form of network flooding.
• Spam & Unsolicited Communication: Sending bulk unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam.
• Fraud & Identity Theft: Engaging in fraudulent activities, credit card fraud, identity theft, or financial scams.
• Child Exploitation: Any activity related to child exploitation material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Terrorism & Violence: Promoting, planning, or supporting terrorist activities or violence.
• Copyright Infringement: Systematic scraping or downloading of copyrighted content in violation of applicable laws.
• Illegal Marketplace Activity: Purchasing, selling, or facilitating the trade of illegal goods or services.
• Network Abuse: Port scanning, brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or any form of network reconnaissance against third parties.
• Bypassing Legal Restrictions: Using our services to circumvent legal restrictions, court orders, or government-imposed blocks in a manner that violates the law.

5. Fair Usage Policy

• Proxy resources must be used in accordance with your purchased plan's specifications.
• Reselling or sharing your proxy credentials with third parties without authorization is prohibited.
• Automated abuse of proxy rotation or connection systems to exceed fair usage limits is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that demonstrate abusive usage patterns.

6. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed through our secure payment system using account balance.
• Purchased packages and proxy services are non-refundable once activated.
• Unused balance may be refunded upon request, subject to review.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing active packages will not be affected by price changes.

7. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain high uptime for all proxy services. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not log your proxy traffic or browsing activity. Account information is collected solely for service delivery and billing purposes.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination for violation, no refund will be issued for remaining balance or active packages.
• We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities if illegal activity is detected.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProxyAxe services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProxyAxe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.
